WORKLOAD GRIEVANCE PETITION – BY JOB GROUPING

We grieve that the employer has acted in contravention of Article 9 and 25 of the Collective Agreement by not meeting the obligation to:

  • Protect the safety and health of its employees when assigning work or covering absence or vacation leave
  • Ensure that there is no unreasonable workload imposed on an employee
  • Ensure the distribution of workload is equitable and reasonable
  • Promote the best health and safety practices and procedures to protect the health and safety of all its employees
